All the prices of our products are indicated in Euros (€).

The prices of the products displayed on the website of The Seller, include the Value Added Tax (VAT) that, where appropriate, is appropriate to apply.
Purchases that are to be delivered within the territory of any of the member states of the European Union will be subject to VAT.

Shipping costs will be included from a minimum purchase of 30 euros on our products. If the value of the purchase is less than the minimum, the seller will specify it in each order based on the volume of the order and the delivery area.

The Seller reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the web (changes to products, prices, promotions, conditions...) at any time. All orders are made to order, the estimated processing time is 24-48 hours, although this will always depend on the type of product you order from us. On our website you will see that the products are in stock but until the order is formalized we will not make the center and/or bouquet since it is made for each particular client. According to the request, it may suppose an economic surcharge on the final price of the center shown on the web.

One of our main efforts is focused on serving orders in the shortest possible time. The seller guarantees delivery to the carrier, within a period of 24 hours from its preparation, unless they are made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, in which case the order will be processed on the first business day after the day it was placed.

In addition, it must be taken into account that the deadlines are computed in working days and that they may be altered by local or national holidays.

We are not responsible for possible delays caused by the courier service, but if you have a problem we will help you in any way we can.

In the case of ordering a product without immediate availability, it will be understood as a pre-order and will be confirmed via email by the seller as soon as possible, where the availability of the product and the expected delivery time of the same will also be indicated. Once you receive it, you can activate the order and have it delivered on the scheduled date or cancel it. The Seller reserves the right to vary the type of shipment and the company by which it is made, regardless of what is stated in these pages, and provided that it does not entail manifest damage to the customer.

Note: In no case will shipments be made to post office boxes.

  1. Returns and exchanges

It is essential that the return arrives within the stipulated period to make it, 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order (which is counted as the first day). Returns that arrive at our office after the deadline will be returned and therefore the corresponding amount will not be refunded.

Returns made will be made effective

  • In its original packaging and in the same conditions in which it was delivered.
  • With completed return form

Once it arrives at our facilities and we verify that the order is in the same conditions in which it was delivered, the value of the returned item will be reimbursed by the same method chosen in the purchase process, within the established legal term of 14 days. natural.

Full refund: the full amount of the purchase will be refunded except for shipping and return costs. You will be deducted from the total amount of your return at the time of the refund and through the chosen payment method.

Partial return: in case of partial return of the order, the amount of said item will be refunded. Shipping costs will be the same procedure as full return.

Returns of items that have been purchased to order and/or have been personalized will not be accepted. If the returned product is due to a defect or is damaged, you must deliver the merchandise to the transport agency (arranged by The Seller) in perfect condition (badly closed boxes or cases will not be accepted), The Seller will proceed to replace it with the same affected product (same variety and color) in perfect condition, subject to available stock at that time or the appropriate payment will be made.

If you have returned an item that cannot be returned, we will contact you and send it to you postage due.

The return of any merchandise will require the agreement of both parties. The Seller reserves the right to demand compensation to compensate for possible damage suffered by the goods, as well as to recover the direct costs caused by the return.

For the destinations of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the client will be responsible for any other added expense: customs, tariffs, taxes, etc. that may be generated.
